Return & Refund Policy

Listening Game Cards has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a possible refund. 

To be eligible for a return and possible refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can
contact us and we’ll reply to your email with return instructions. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted as a return that is potentially eligible for a refund. No refunds will be issued without prior approval for return. Items will be inspected upon our receipt of your return, and if they are in unworn, unused condition, a refund will be processed promptly. We will send you an email confirmation of the status of your return. 

Please know that no matter how quickly we process your return, the banking system controls how long it will take for you to see the return on your end. We’ll send you a confirmation that will confirm the date your return was processed on our end.

Items returned without prior approval for potential refund will be repurposed. Listening Game Card sets will typically be donated to a non-profit or a person on our Buy 1 Give 1 waiting list. Some sets may be repurposed for use as displays or in demonstrations, workshops, or training events.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and email us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so we can work with you to make it right.  Please include photos because that helps us to understand what happened and to learn if we need to adjust something on our end or potentially pursue damages from the shipping company.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. 

Please remember that it can take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We will send you an email confirming the date your refund was processed on our end. Only your bank can tell you how long it will take for them to process the refund.
